To add our voices to the never-ending conversation of authors and speakers, we must know the core grammar and public speaking rules (if for no other reason than the assurance that we are appropriately breaking them). Since I teach courses on these principles, I hope to be helpful by sharing the best of the lessons I have learned. If you add comments with specific questions, I will respond.

Comments on: "I. Communication Skills that Engage Audiences" (2)
Joyce,
This is my first visit to your site. It’s invigorating! Thank you for allowing me to follow your adventures and hear your wisdom. I teach communication too and used to teach English, so it’s good to have you as a kindred spirit. I love all of your beautiful pictures. I still marvel at the photos you took in Russia last year when we were there together.

I got the bug for more travel in this part of the world during our tour last June. But look where it’s taken me! Want to come for a visit? Or to teach with me??
